Google Workspace is secure when it is set up well, but many of the important settings are off by default. I review your admin console from top to bottom, turn on the protections that matter for a small business, and write down everything I changed.

- Super Administrator access to admin.google.com

- Moving mail or files from another system
- Advanced device management beyond the basics
