Some businesses just want an expert opinion. You might have someone in-house who is handy with IT, or you would rather keep the hands-on work to yourself. I look at your setup, tell you plainly where the gaps are and what to fix first, and hand you a runbook: clear, step-by-step instructions to fix each one. I am there if you get stuck, but you stay in charge.
Request this$155 an hour. Every setup is different, so I quote after a short call.
What is included
- A review of the areas you care about, from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace to email, devices, backups or remote access
- A plain-language list of gaps, ranked by risk and effort
- A runbook for each fix, with the exact settings, screens and order of steps
- Notes on what could break and how to test that each fix worked
- A follow-up call to answer questions while you work through it

- A prioritized list of what to fix
- Runbooks you keep and can reuse, in your name
- The option to hand any item back to me if you would rather I did it
What I need from you
- Read-only or admin access to the systems being reviewed, or a screen-share walkthrough
- The person who will do the work on the calls
